1. The service
Revinho is a business-intelligence service that connects supported third-party data sources and presents metrics, comparisons, and evidence-backed insights. Early-access features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as the product develops.
Revinho provides analytical information, not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and for verifying information before relying on it.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for invitations, permissions, and the activity of people they authorize.
3. Your data and connected services
You retain ownership of data you submit or import. You grant Revinho the limited rights needed to host, process, normalize, and display that data to provide and secure the service. You confirm that you have the right to connect each account and process its data through Revinho.
Third-party services such as Google and Stripe are governed by their own terms. Their availability, data, and API behavior are outside Revinho's control.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Access a workspace or data without authorization.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or access controls.
- Use the service to violate law, third-party rights, or provider terms.
- Resell or misrepresent the service without written permission.
- Reverse engineer the service except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
5. Revinho materials
Revinho and its licensors own the service, software, visual design, documentation, and trademarks. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. Feedback may be used to improve Revinho without obligation to you.
6. Availability and warranties
We aim to provide a reliable service, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every provider record will be available, or that analytical outputs will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Revinho's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Revinho during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
8. Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using Revinho at any time. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach. We may update these terms and will post the new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively. If you disagree with an update, you should stop using the service.
9. Contact and applicable law
Questions can be sent to support@revinho.com. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules are not displaced by these terms.
